Stop paying
for orders that
never arrive.
Every COD order gets confirmed on WhatsApp before it ships — or converted to prepaid. Then carts get recovered, past buyers get cross-sold, and lapsed customers get won back. Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and it runs itself.
Built for COD-heavy D2C brands on Shopify and WooCommerce.

Where the money goes
Your store is fine.
The gaps around it leak.
Four leaks cost most stores more than their ad spend, and none of them are visible on a revenue dashboard.
RTO on COD orders
Forward shipping, reverse shipping, packaging and weeks of blocked capital — on a sale that never happened. Nobody asked the customer if they actually wanted it.
Carts that go quiet
The customer was one tap from paying. Your recovery email lands in Promotions and is never opened.
Demand you never served
Someone wanted a product that was out of stock. They left, and nothing brought them back when it returned.
Buyers who never return
The first order cost you money to win. The second one is nearly free — if anyone follows up.
Each one is money you
already earned
None of this is new demand. It is the revenue already sitting in your store — orders placed, carts filled, products wanted, customers who bought once.
Lever 1 · Cut RTO
Confirm the COD order before you ship it
RTO is the single biggest controllable cost in Indian e-commerce. You pay to ship it out, pay to ship it back, and the stock is gone from your shelf for weeks. Reputoo asks the customer first.
- A WhatsApp message with two buttons — Yes, Confirm or Cancel Order
- Confirm tags the order in Shopify and releases it for dispatch
- Cancel cancels it in Shopify, before you have spent a rupee on shipping
- Or offer a small discount to pay online — the order becomes prepaid, and the money is in before it moves
The sale never happened, and the stock comes back weeks later.
Lever 2 · Recover carts
Reach the abandoned cart where it gets read
Checkout events arrive from your store the moment a cart goes quiet. The reminder lands on WhatsApp — 98% of which get opened — instead of a Promotions tab nobody checks.
- Live checkout events, so abandoned carts appear as they happen
- Send a reminder, or let a sequence chase it for you
- Recovered carts are matched back to the real order that closed them
- Recovered value tracked as its own number, not blended into revenue

Lever 3 · Broadcast from your catalog
Your product list is your campaign list
Open a product, hit Create Campaign, and a real broadcast goes out with its photo, its price and a Buy Now link that opens the actual product page. No copywriting, no image export, no separate campaign tool.
- Product photo, price and a short-linked Buy Now button, filled per recipient
- Send to all contacts or any saved segment — with the recipient count shown first
- It becomes a normal Campaign in your dashboard, with the same delivery reporting
- Cross-sell mode targets people who actually bought a specific product

Lever 4 · Grow AOV
Know which product is worth messaging about
Your catalog is not just inventory — it is a ranked list of reasons to message someone. Reputoo shows what each product actually earned on WhatsApp, then lets you act on it.
- Revenue via WhatsApp and click rate, per product
- Real repeat-purchase rate, computed from your own order history
- Cross-sell candidates drawn from the product’s own category
- Products compile into your AI agent, so it answers price and stock questions itself

Lever 5 · Capture lost demand
The people who wanted it when you were out of stock
A “Notify me” block on your Shopify theme turns a dead end into a waiting list. When the product is back, everyone on it hears from you on WhatsApp.
- Storefront widget captures interest without a plugin to maintain
- One tap messages the whole waiting list when stock returns
- Interest is stored against the contact, so it survives the visit
- Back-in-stock template already written and approved
Captured from your storefront “Notify me” block
Demand that would otherwise have walked away — messaged the moment the product is back.
Lever 6 · Prove it
Know which message made the money
Win-back and COD-to-prepaid messages each carry a unique discount code, so the order they produced is genuinely traceable — read live from your store, not estimated.
- Lifetime revenue attributed per automation, per code
- Codes redeemed are queried live from your store’s own orders
- Sent, delivered and read counts for every other template type
- Customer LTV, average order value and return rate on each contact
Redemptions are read live from your store’s own orders — not estimated.
Your morning
One screen tells you what actually needs you
Automation handles the volume. What is left is the handful of orders where a human changes the outcome — and they are grouped by reason, urgent first, instead of buried in a list of everything.
- COD orders still waiting to be confirmed
- Orders awaiting payment, and dispatch updates now overdue
- Returns pending a decision
- Customers who replied and have not been answered
Grouped by rule, urgent first — the only orders that actually need a human today.
Your rules
You set the discounts, not us
Every automated offer is a number you choose. And the codes are real objects in your own Shopify store — a price rule and a single-use code per customer, with a genuine expiry.
- Pay-online discount for the COD → prepaid nudge
- Win-back discount, and how many quiet days trigger it
- A fallback coupon for when code generation is unavailable
- One code per customer, usable once — created in your store, not ours

A single-use code per customer, with a real expiry — as a price rule in your own store, not a coupon that only exists in ours.
Your team's time
Nobody answers “where is my order?” again
Sixteen order moments, each messaged automatically with a tracking link where it makes sense. The question stops being asked, so your team stops answering it.
- Order placed, payment received, shipped, out for delivery, delivered
- Cancellations, returns requested / approved / declined, refunds processed
- Every message logged against the order and the customer
- English and Hindi, so you are not translating by hand

Reliability
It repairs itself when your store changes
Integrations break quietly — a revoked scope, a dropped subscription — and you find out from an angry customer. Every message above depends on those webhooks, so Reputoo checks and fixes them.
- Live check of which webhook topics are actually registered on your store
- A daily reconcile re-registers anything that went missing
- Reads your store directly, so nothing runs off a stale local copy
- Install and billing handled through the Shopify App Store
A daily reconcile re-registers anything your store dropped.
Written, seeded and submitted for you
Connecting your store creates all 29 templates and sends them to Meta for approval. You write nothing.
More than order notifications
COD → prepaid conversion
Offer a small discount to pay online. The order becomes prepaid, the money lands before dispatch, and the RTO risk disappears.
Win back lapsed buyers
A daily job finds customers who have gone quiet and sends a personal discount code — the cheapest revenue in your store.
Cross-sell past buyers
Message everyone who bought one product about the product that pairs with it. No new ad spend.
Returns handled for you
Return requested, approved, declined and refund processed — automated, so a return does not also cost you a support ticket.
Catalog trains your agent
Products compile into the AI knowledge base, so price and stock questions get answered without a human.
Customer LTV and AOV
Lifetime value, average order value, order count and return rate on every contact — plus a Bronze to VIP tier so you know who is worth chasing.
Smart Views for your catalog
Back in stock, price drop, frequently bought, missing AI knowledge, needs attention — worklists, not just filters.
Product health flags
Missing description, not AI-ready, out of stock, campaign opportunity, inactive — which products are quietly costing you.
One order, full context
Customer, items, payment, fulfilment, shipment, conversation and timeline in a single drawer — no tab hopping.
Reporting by any window
Today, this week, this month, six months, a year or a custom range — across all 15 automated message types.
Your store, however you built it
Nothing above the connector knows which platform your data came from, so what you set up keeps working as that list grows.

Where other tools stop
The first two are table stakes. The rest is why stores switch.
The three things that
usually stop people
“Template approval takes forever.”
You do not write or submit them. Connecting your store creates all 29 and sends them to Meta, and a background job tells you the moment each one is approved.
“I will have to maintain a plugin.”
No plugin. Shopify installs from the App Store; WooCommerce connects with a webhook key. Reputoo reads your store over its API and re-registers webhooks itself if they drop.
“I do not want another dashboard.”
Orders, customers and products land in the same inbox and contact records your team already uses. Commerce is a view on it, not a second system.
Connected in three steps
01
Connect your store
Install from the Shopify App Store, or connect WooCommerce with a webhook key. No developer needed.
02
Templates get seeded
All 29 templates are created and submitted to Meta for you. You get told the moment each one is approved.
03
Pick what sends
Switch on the moments you want — order updates, COD verify, cart recovery, win-back — and the rest runs itself.
Works with the rest of Reputoo
Same number, same inbox, same customer record.
Questions stores ask
before connecting
Which store platforms are supported?
Shopify is the deepest integration — install straight from the Shopify App Store, and Reputoo reads orders, products, fulfilments, refunds and returns live from your store. WooCommerce connects by webhook and covers order automation. The module is built provider-agnostically, so more platforms slot in without changing anything you have set up.
How does COD verification work?
Shortly after a Cash-on-Delivery order is placed, the customer gets a WhatsApp message with two buttons: "Yes, Confirm" or "Cancel Order". Confirm tags the order cod-confirmed in Shopify and releases it for dispatch. Cancel cancels the order in Shopify with the customer as the reason. The reply window is 48 hours, after which replies are ignored because the order has likely already shipped.
What is COD to prepaid conversion?
Instead of shipping a risky COD order, Reputoo can offer the customer a small discount to pay online instead. It sends a unique discount code with a pay-online link. When they pay, the order becomes prepaid — no reverse shipping, no undelivered stock, and the money is already in.
Do I have to write the WhatsApp templates myself?
No. Connecting your store seeds 29 pre-written templates — 17 in English and 12 in Hindi — covering every order moment, and submits them to Meta for approval. A background job polls Meta and tells you the moment each template goes live.
How is revenue attributed to a message?
Honestly, and only where it can be proven. Win-back and COD-to-prepaid messages each carry a unique discount code, so when a customer redeems one the order is genuinely traceable to that message. Redemptions are read live from your store’s own orders rather than estimated. Other templates report send, delivery and read counts — not revenue we cannot prove.
What happens if a webhook stops working?
A live health check shows which webhook topics are actually registered on your store versus what Reputoo expects, and a daily reconcile job re-registers anything that went missing. If Shopify drops a subscription or access is revoked, it repairs itself instead of silently going quiet.
Does this replace my store or my payment gateway?
No. Your store stays your store. Reputoo reads from it and messages your customers on WhatsApp; it never edits inventory, and payment links go through Razorpay or Stripe so card details never touch Reputoo.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly subscription with no per-message markup from us, plus Meta’s own per-conversation charge, which Meta bills you directly. You pick a plan when you sign up and can cancel in one click from the dashboard, with no lock-in.
