Why We Built This
The problem we couldn't ignore
In 2023, our founder was helping a dental clinic in Pune with their digital marketing. The clinic had excellent patient outcomes and genuinely great service. But their Google rating was 3.8 ★ — while a competitor with visibly worse reviews from patients was sitting at 4.7 ★ with 400+ reviews.
The difference? The competitor had systematically collected reviewsfor years. Our client hadn't asked a single patient to leave a review.
A simple WhatsApp automation was built to ask satisfied patients for reviews. Within 60 days, the clinic went from 3.8 to 4.4 ★ and new patient inquiries from Google Maps increased 40%.
That was the founding insight of Reputoo. We built the platform we wish had existed — combining WhatsApp marketing, review growth, and revenue attribution in one place, for businesses that don't have dedicated marketing teams.
